Vote on First Amendment to Agreement with Santa Clara County Office of Education relating to providing Emergency Childcare Bridge Program services, increasing the maximum contract amount by $150,000 from $150,000 to $300,000, and extending the Agreement for a 12-month period through June 30, 2027, with three one-year extension options, that has been reviewed and approved by County Counsel as to form and legality.

Adoption of Salary Ordinance No. NS-5.26.78, an Ordinance amending Santa Clara County Salary Ordinance No. NS-5.26 relating to compensation of employees adding one limited-term Social Worker II or Social Worker I position in the Social services Agency. Position shall expire at 11:59 p.m., on June 30, 2028.

Board will hold a public hearing to consider the Waters family's appeal of the Planning Commission’s Dec 18, 2025 decision to deny a concurrent land‑use application for Peacock Court.

Public hearing on purchase of 21300 Almaden Road park land

Board will hold a public hearing to consider buying a parcel at 21300 Almaden Road for a public park.

Vote on Ninth Amendment to Agreement with KMA Emergency services, Inc., dba Westmed Ambulance Service relating to providing interfacility medical transportation services for Santa Clara Valley Healthcare, with no change to the maximum contract amount, and extending the agreement for a six-month period through December 31, 2026, that has been reviewed and approved by County Counsel as to form and legality. An exception to Board of Supervisors Policy 5.4.5.4, Length of Term of Contracts, has been approved by the Office of Countywide Contracting Management.

Referral to study solar agrivoltaics on large farms
