What's happening
- The committee will consider an ordinance that amends the Planning Code to reduce Inclusionary Affordable Housing requirements for projects of 25 units or more, delete the requirements for projects under 25 units, allow land dedication instead of fees, and lower development impact fees. The ordinance also updates related Building and Administrative Code sections.
