The commission will adopt a resolution approving the design review, vesting tentative parcel map, and tree removal permits for the mixed‑use project at 2120‑2160 Euclid Avenue.
The committee considered a resolution authorizing the City Manager to award a design services contract to Freyer & Laureta for EPASD Capital Improvement Projects 1.1 and 1.2, up to $909,344. The resolution was moved, seconded, and approved unanimously.
The commission will consider a one‑year special use permit to keep the automobile recycling facility operating while it phases out. Staff recommends adopting a resolution to approve the permit with conditions.
