The Board is asked to approve delegating authority to the County Executive (or designee) to negotiate, execute, amend, or terminate legal documents for forgivable loans up to $1,849,577 with Pacific Clinics.

Vote on delegation of authority to the Director of the Public Authority, or designee, subject to approval by County Counsel as to form and legality and approval by the Office of the County Executive, to negotiate the terms for and take steps deemed appropriate to establish a Labor Management Cooperation Committee among the In-Home Supportive services (IHSS) Public Authority of Santa Clara County, Service Employees International Union Local 2015, and health care employers that primarily serve Medi-Cal patients from other participating counties to meet eligibility requirements for Proposition 35 Medi-Cal workforce grant funds and secure state funding for IHSS caregiver training. Delegation of authority shall expire on May 18, 2031.

Vote on Sixth Amendment to Agreement No. CW2237056 with Collections Solutions Software, Inc., relating to providing the department of Tax and Collections payment collection platform, increasing the maximum contract amount by $2,720,034 from $4,687,380 to $7,407,414, and extending the agreement for a 60-month period through June 30, 2031, that has been reviewed and approved by County Counsel as to form and legality. BOS-2026-50 : Adopt Resolution delegating authority to the County Executive, or designee, to negotiate, execute, amend, or terminate the State of California department of Technology agreements known as California Network and Telecommunications NextGen agreements relating to provision of telecommunications services, in an amount not to exceed $48,400,000, with contract terms that started on January 1, 2022 and end no later than June 30, 2027, following approval by County Counsel as to form and legality, and approval by the Office of the County Executive.
