The commission will receive an informational report on a draft work plan framework that outlines seven focus areas for future study, such as library design, sidewalk assessment, street resurfacing, maintenance reporting, grant program, residential parking permits, and website updates. The commission is asked to comment, provide direction, and consider adopting the plan or continue refining it at a later meeting.
The commission will vote to adopt the minutes from its June 17, 2026 meeting as a record of what was discussed and decided. The staff report recommends approval.
