The committee received an informational report on the FY 2026‑27 sewer service charges to be collected on the San Mateo County tax roll, totaling $5,222,125.74. The charges will be forwarded to the EPASD Board for approval on July 21, 2026.
The committee received a presentation on the final draft Sewer Capacity Fee Update Study and possible updated sewer capacity fees. Members discussed the study and voted to approve it.
The committee considered a resolution authorizing the City Manager to award a design services contract to Freyer & Laureta for EPASD Capital Improvement Projects 1.1 and 1.2, up to $909,344. The resolution was moved, seconded, and approved unanimously.
The committee received an informational report on the EPASD Advisory Committee Draft Workplan framework and discussed providing comments and direction. No vote was taken; the workplan will be considered at a future meeting.
