Ordinance amending the Police Code to modify provisions of the Fair Chance Ordinance that regulate the use of criminal history in certain employment and housing decisions specifically by providing that employers and affordable housing providers may not use out-of-state criminal convictions or arrests for conduct that is lawful in California related to abortion-related healthcare, drag performances, gender-affirming care, and spontaneous abortion, as defined, in making certain employment or housing-related decisions; increasing administrative penalties for violations; and increasing liquidated damages available in a lawsuit.

Ordinance amending the Housing Code to reduce the minimum ceiling height for habitable rooms to seven feet and other rooms to six feet eight inches; and affirming the Planning department’s determination under the California Environmental Quality Act.

Resolution approving the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2027 Interim Budget of the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure, operating as the Successor Agency to the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency.

Resolution authorizing the Recreation and Park department to issue an amended permit allowing Another Planet Entertainment to hold ticketed concerts at the Golden Gate Park Polo Field, to take place on the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday either following or preceding the Outside Lands Festival in 2027, 2028 and 2029, in exchange for a minimum permit fee of $1,530,000 per year for two-day events and $2,295,000 per year for three-day events through 2029, and with options to extend the permit until 2035 and with increased minimum permit fees during any such extensions; affirming a categorical exemption under the California Environmental Quality Act; and authorizing the Recreation and Park department General Manager to enter into amendments or modifications to the permit that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the permit or this Resolution.

Resolution authorizing the Director of Transportation to enter into a loan agreement with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission as lender, for San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency public transit operating purposes, up to a maximum principal amount of $200,000,000, for a 12 year term from July 1, 2026, through June 3, 2038, pursuant to Assembly Bill No. 117.

Resolution authorizing the Office of the District Attorney to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $91,797 for the term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027; $91,797 for the term of July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028; and $91,797 for the term of July 1, 2028, through June 30, 2029, for a total not to exceed amount of $275,391 from the California Victim Compensation Board for the grant term July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, to continue the Criminal Restitution Compact should the parties agree to an amendment as allowed under the provisions of the grant agreement.
