The committee will approve the minutes from the August 4, 2026 EDPC meeting.
The committee will receive reports from City Council meetings held on August 10, August 20, and August 31.
The committee will review and prioritize subgroup projects, including wildlife corridor fence updates, committee charter revisions, ridgeline mapping, artificial turf drainage, and firescaping ordinance development.
Committee will discuss and vote on updates to the fence ordinance linked to the Housing Element design standards.
The committee will review the fast‑track project at 14210 Berry Hill Court (8/11).
The committee will review the 8/14 field‑trip report for 14230 Wild Plum Ln (pool, sports court, landscaping).
The committee will receive reports on unaddressed La Barranca Rd and related sites from the August 6 meeting.
