Discuss possible revisions to the Priority Setting and Resource Allocation (PSRA) Policy.
Commission will receive a report from the Public Health Department and vote on service‑category priorities and allocation scenarios for Grant Year 2027. Options include a flat five‑percent decrease, a funding ceiling scenario, and delegation of authority to adjust allocations as needed.
Commission will discuss and propose recommendations for the Grant Year 2027 recipient, then forward those proposals to the Care Committee for further review. The Care Committee is expected to report at the September 8, 2026 meeting.
The Commission will open a public comment segment where anyone can address the board on topics within its jurisdiction that are not on the agenda. Participants must fill out a Request to Speak Form and give it to the Deputy Clerk before the meeting. Speaking time is limited based on the number of speakers.
Commission will receive and review the May and June 2026 reports from the State Office of AIDS.
Commission will vote to approve all items on the consent calendar and any agenda changes.
