The City Clerk will present the City Council’s adopted rules and procedures for boards and commissions. Commission members will receive an overview of the new guidelines.
Residents can submit comments on any agenda item before or during the meeting. Comments can be sent by email before 12 p.m. on the meeting day or spoken live via Zoom, telephone, or in person.
Commission members will vote to elect a new Chair and Vice Chair. The election will determine the leadership for the upcoming term.
Commissioners and staff will give brief reports on their assignments and request future agenda items. The meeting will include any announcements.
Members of the public may address the commission on any topic not listed on the agenda. Comments are limited to 15 minutes total.
The commission will vote to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held on May 11, 2026.
